At only .7 miles to everywhere you want to be on the strip, it's less than a 15 min walk. The building offers luggage drop-off, workout facilities, fully stocked coffee bar, laundry services and rooftop deck with amazing city views. Come stay with us to make your Nashville experience the best it can be!



The Space:

This is a professionally furnished, fully stocked 2 bedroom condo catered to make our guests feel like they are at home while visiting Music City. As you walk in you will enter the open living area and fully stocked kitchen with coffee bar leading to your private patio with dining area. You'll love the power garage door in the kitchen that leads to the patio and makes the space feel even more open. Right off of the living area, you will also find 2 twin bunks with memory foam mattresses perfect for additional guests. You will also find a full shared bath off of the living area.



All properties are contactless checkin. Please be sure to arrive to checkin between 4pm & 8pm. If you do arrive later, you will still be able to checkin but may not have assistance if needed. Checkin time is always 4pm unless approved in writing by management. If you book through Airbnb and edit your checkin time to be earlier than 4pm, you will not be able to checkin until 4pm.



If making a reservation with a same day checkin, checkin time is subject to change depending on cleaning schedule for that day.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to all building amenities. Paid covered parking is available in the building. Free street parking when available. Latch lock system for easy access to all areas.



The much-anticipated laundry room at Muse is up and running. It is off the lobby by the front desk (formerly the baggage drop room).



The Neighborhood:

Downtown Nashville walking distance to great dining, music, and live entertainment!



Getting Around:

Walkable neighborhood with close proximity to most things in the downtown area. Uber/Lyft are also always readily available. There is also a designated parking station for Electric scooters ( Lime, Bird, etc.)



Other Things to Note:

- You may be asked to complete documentation such as a rental agreement or provide other information for Chady Property Management after booking reservation.

- Please do not re-stage or move any furniture during your stay to prevent damage and maintain the property’s condition.

-Smart TV's provided for access to your accounts.

- We do not have cable but you can log into your Netflix, Hulu, and other subscription account.

- Fully stocked kitchen with coffee bar.

- Luggage drop off available.

- Workout amenities provided.

- Free coffee bar in lobby.

- Laundry on site.

- No pets allowed. We love pets, but unfortunately, they’re not allowed at this property. Please note that an unauthorized pet will result in a $500 fee.

For reservations that are made through platforms other than Airbnb, and guest is entitled a refund, guest will be charged a 3% credit card processing fee that is deducted from their refund.
