Perfect for our Nashville Getaway

Excellent accommodations located perfectly for our needs! We particularly appreciated the parking situation & security, pool and the ease of check-in/check-out. We’d recommend this condo and will keep it in mind next time we visit Nashville.

Decor is amazing, beds were comfortable, so many extras, like shampoo/conditioner, dish soap, coffee was appreciated! SO many great places for pictures, I’d like to take my daughters back here for the next trip!

Clean and fresh!

This unit is in a great location and perfect for 2 couples, a family or a friends getaway! We had an issue getting into the property...we were not originally given the garage code and/or building entry code in our checkin instructions. Once that was remedied for us, it was a nice place to stay in Nashville!

Great upscale location

While i lovdd our unit. I did not like having to go thru a wrd part site. VACASA. I will preface by saying theycwere an amazing help with a dew issues. My biggest complaint was having to register on their site. I would prefer one registration, not two. Overall fantastic!

Cleanliness Issues, Noise, and Leaks

The good - the location, especially for the price, is solid. Having covered parking was great. Check-in, access, etc. all great.The bad - this is the first time I'm leaving a negative review. While the beds and restrooms overall were clean, the walls had large dust bunnies on them, the corners of rooms had debris, and surfaces were covered in dust. The pull out couch had Chex mix all over the mattress. There were dirty towels in the closet. It rained while we were there and every window leaked excessively. I reported this to management and they told me to put a towel where it was leaking. We put pots, bowls, and towels as it was a lot of water. Based on the extensive water stains on the ceiling, down the door, and around one of the outlets I would think this is not a new issue. On Friday night we got in around 10:30pm and immediately smelled urine in the hall. Right near our door was a large, wet urine stain. I contacted management and was told the HOA would be contacted to clean it. It was not clean when we checked out Sunday and still smelled awful. Also, this is the noisiest place I have ever staying in including hotels. I realize that you often hear noise outside in a hallway or above you, but I have never experienced anything like this. The owner provided ear plugs in the apartment, but I can't sleep with ear plugs. We ran a white noise machine but it did not help. I know this is a good price, but unless you are just there to party, I would not recommend this place.
