Great stay in Nashville!

This rental was the perfect fit for our stay of twelve. With plenty of room in each townhouse, we were able to split up into two groups and still be close enough to spend our time together. The homes were updated and had everything we needed. Location was convenient - just a short trip to the downtown action but far enough to provide a relaxing place to wind down. Would definitely stay again!

Great for a group!

Great property for our large group! Check in was easy and they were accommodating of an early check in and late check out. The rooms are very spacious and tons of closet space to store your luggage. The bathrooms are large as well and it’s very convenient to have a full bathroom for every bedroom. There’s food down the street and Ubers to Broadway were short rides.

Family vacation

This property was nice. The only thing we wish it had was a door connecting them from inside the two homes. If we wanted to go visit with the people in the other house, we had to go outside and around to the other door. The area is up and coming. Lots of construction around it. It was very close to the city and highway. We enjoyed our stay and loved the view from the top decks!

We rented out both sides of the Duplex. Nice and clean. Great view of Downtown Skyline on 3rd floor Deck. We would recommend this listing. Property manager answers back promptly with any questions we had. Not far from downtown. We had a great experience celebrating our sons birthday!!

Cute Nashville Townhome

Perfect for our group of 10! Every couple got their own private bedroom with a queen bed & ensuite, which was exactly what we were looking for! The units are decorated so cute and plenty of space. The hosts were fast to respond when we needed propane for the grills, however the evening rain prevented a cookout after all. Location is a quick Uber/Lyft ride to downtown. Coffee shop across the street is great. We all had a great time in Music City!! :)

Had a great time in nashville! The property manager is very sweet and communicates extremely well. Was perfect for a vacation for family of 12! Was very clean and perfect! My favorite was the top floor balcony view of the city! I will most definitely book again!

Ladies 70th birthday trip

Eight lifelong friends traveled to Nashville to celebrate the 70th birthday of several ladies. What fabulous accommodations…we rented both sides of the condo so most of us had our own room. Awesome towels and well stocked kitchen. Appreciated having paper goods already there for sure. Easy to use Uber and Instacart from this location. Location is bit of a changing neighborhood but convenient to downtown. We would definitely stay again

Incredible Experience

This property was phenomenal. Very clean. Great amenities. Plenty of room. The host was extremely helpful as well. And the house is only a 5min uber to Broadway. Would love to stay here again some time.

The Tall Grass

The accommodations were great , plenty of room, wish there was a mixing bowl or two provided and the backyard was overgrown. The kids couldn't play in the yard due to the tall grass! Did feel safe in the area, great views from the balconies!
