This home offers modern luxury and the comforts of home all in one property. The finishes are modern and fresh. The furnishings are top-of-line and on trend to match the home's clean, modern architecture. The living area, dining area, and large kitchen are all on one open floor, with a great flow through for gathering and socializing. The bedrooms are all very large and allow a up to 12 guests to feel very comfortable. It even has 2 Master Suites!

Enjoy a day in Music City, or a night on the town and come back to the perfect home for your group's stay in Nashville! Don't want to pass keys around a large group? You won't have to. This house is outfitted with a state-of-the-art door locking system. Your group will be given one unique code for entry, so everyone can come and go as they please. Plus, beautiful decor, comfy beds, and tons of space! There is a cute front porch at the entry, and parking in a secured, private garage is included. The living room also offers plenty of seating for everyone and a large flat screen TV. Each bedroom has quality mattresses and TVs. All 3 1/2 baths are large and well appointed for the entire group!

Weekend getaway

Property was very clean and in a great location, just a short drive to downtown. The neighborhood was quiet. The owner was very responsive to questions and provided thorough instructions. Would love to stay there again!

Christmas vacation

Such a wonderful and clean house in the perfect location! We had the best time in this home for my sisters bachelorette party and it’s perfectly located away from the noise to enjoy a peaceful weekend but also close enough to all the best spots! Will definitely look at coming again!

Such a great place, so convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. Nice neighborhood and worked great for our group of 11 women. Would definitely recommend!!! Maintenance was very responsive when we had a light out and resolved quickly.

Perfect location close to bars!

I stayed with a group of my friends and the location was perfect for us, broadway was a quick Uber away. The property manager was very responsive we had trouble with the garage door and someone came out to fix it very quickly. The only thing I will note is there are not toiletries available which they did not list as available so that’s on us for assuming they’d have some, I’d just make sure you pack some! Other than that we really enjoyed our stay! We would come back!

Anniversary Weekend

My wife and I spent 6 days at this amazing location for our 29th wedding anniversary. It was easy to get anywhere in Tennessee we wanted to visit!! Highly recommended for a couple or large group. Having a garage to park the rental was a bonus. The beds were comfortable and big. The kitchen had everything that we needed for breakfast in the mornings. The bathrooms were clean.

Great location

We had a wonderful experience with this property. The location was key as it was close to everything in Nashville, and we did it all. We also liked the large number of bedrooms (comfy beds!) and bathrooms. One recommendation to the property staff would be to have a few "staple" household items at the home like Kleenex, salt & pepper, Pam cooking spray, foil, soap bars. We would definitely stay here again!!! Loved it.

Perfect for a college visit and little get away

This property is exactly as advertised. Clean, updated, comfortable with a perfect location to anything you would want to do. The ONLY. Complaint I have is the water pressure… sounds silly, but it was hard to rinse out hair or your body with the four little shower head holes and no pressure.

Great spot for a girls’ weekend

Location was in a good spot between downtown and 12N neighborhoods. Place was clean & nicely decorated. We walked everywhere (or scootered!) we wanted to go - it’s definitely walkable as long as you don’t mind walking a mile or so. Would use Uber at night though - some of the nearby neighborhoods were a little sketchy.
