Modern North of Nashville Retreat- Easy Lake Access

  • Located just 30 minutes north of Nashville, we offer the perfect balance of peaceful suburban living and easy access to the vibrant city life. Located in a quiet neighborhood by the lake, our property offers all the modern amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Plenty of driveway space for boat parking. With a fully equipped kitchen, and cozy bedrooms, you will feel right at home from the moment you arrive. Sleeper sofa in living room allows property to sleep 6 comfortably. Fiber internet and smart TVs in all rooms. Cable included. Easy access to boat ramps. This is a duplex, so an additional unit can be booked if available. This would sleep a total of 12 guests. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 6 beds. We have one ring camera on the front porch facing the front stairs/road. It will be on during your stay.

Great Location

First time staying at a VRBO and had a great experience. House was clean, decorated cute and location was perfect for our trip. Very close to a lake, shopping centers and lots of restaurants. Loved all the Recommendations that was provided.

This property is just like the pictures! It is very clean and well maintained. Having the washer/dryer onsite was a Godsend! We soooo appreciated having the coffee/filters available as well as the laundry pods. That REALLY was so wonderful! I couldn’t ask for anything more. We were thrilled with our stay. Thank you VERY much!! My only disappointment was that we never made it to the lake!

Lake access property

Overall, we were very impressed with the location and modern style of the home. Austin was very helpful with check in process and being responsive with anything we needed throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to the area.
