New construction boutique condo in the heart of the dynamic 12 South neighborhood. Walk to some of Nashville's most popular dining and shopping destinations. Convenient location provides easy access to coffee shops, dining, shopping and everything Nashville. Short walk to beautiful Sevier park for events, trails or enjoy nearby yoga studios in this walkable, friendly neighborhood. Private access, off-street parking and contemporary styling make this the ideal spot for your visit to Nashville.

Guests I am here for you , please call or text me anytime I will be glad to assist you with anything you need while in Nashville.

12 south offers fine dining restaurants, stylish designer boutiques and stores specializing in vintage guitars and quirky housewares. It is also home to the iconic " I BELIEVE IN NASHVILLE" mural a popular photo op for visitors. It's residential neighborhood is built around an elegant antebellum mansion, Sevire park has towering trees, picnic shelters and a playground.

We are located in Hip 12 South Neighborhood in the building where Draper James clothing store is located right next to the I believe in Nashville Sign !
We provide free parking we try to limit it to two vehicles per unit . Our building is secure you need a code for entry and a code for for your suite.

Located less than two miles from Belmont University, Vanderbilt University and Lipscomb University. "Howell Alley" runs beside the building, home of the famous "I Believe in Nashville" mural. We look forward to hosting you on your trip to Nashville.

This is a very walkable area a one stop shop anything you need is just steps away . If you want to go downtown it is a short Uber or Lyft

Clean, safe, quiet, and spacious condo right on 12th Ave S. Perfect for folks who want good food, shopping, and an easy drive to downtown Nashville without the honky tonk atmosphere. Would stay here again.

Well situated to enjoy 12 South Neighborhood with many restaurants and shops in walking distance. This unit could use an update. Lots of dust in bathroom vents and on the wall and many areas in kitchen and bathroom needing sheetrock / wood repairs and paint. No longer brand new construction as advertised but still a nice condo with comfortable amenities and would stay again. Check in and check out was seamless and communication was easy.

This apartment had a spacious kitchen/loving space, and large bed and bath. It was in the heart of 12 South where we could walk to many dining and shopping options. The apartment was clean and nicely decorated. I would definitely recommend staying here!

12 South Dream Property

This condo could be my new favorite place to stay when I visit my son in Nashville. Location is ideal for enjoying the 12 South lifestyle. Safely walk everywhere in the area. Easy Uber transit to other parts of the city. Added bonus if you are cookie lover, Christie's snickerdoodle scent welcomes you home (cookie bakery located in the same building.)
