We are 4 blocks from Five Points, 1.7 miles from Nissan Stadium and 2.2 miles from Downtown and Broadway. A 3 to 4 minute wait for an Uber is about average with inexpensive fares to popular destinations. There are grocery stores and a pharmacy one block away. You certainly won't need your own ride while you're here. The neighborhood is completely safe with lots of foot traffic, and awesome neighbors. This is a studio apartment with queen bed, fully furnished kitchen, comfortable living area, and bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The kitchen is equipped with a Keurig coffee machine, microwave, full sized oven, and refrigerator. I will provide coffee, tea, filtered water and sugar for your coffee. Guests can come and go as they'd like, access the studio anytime by entering our privacy gate on the side of our house and a keypad entrance for easy checkin. The patio and backyard are really pleasant, surrounded by herb and flower gardens when the season is right. Our priority is for you to feel comfortable. As someone who travels a lot, I understand the importance of privacy. We make sure not to impose on your space but are also available if you need any assistance or recommendations.
