Southern Oasis Minutes to DT, Gulch, WeHo and 12S

You are going to adore our newly refinished home in the heart of Chestnut Hill, just minutes from all the popular Nashville neighborhoods (like 12th S, Broadway, East Nashville, the Gulch, and Wedgewood -Houston). With a large open-concept floor plan this is a great property for large groups, families, and friends. In addition to the beautiful open floor plan, the rooftop patio provides a wonderful place to hang out before a night on the town.

Bedroom 1 has a King and a roll-away cot.
Bedroom 2 has a King and a roll-away cot.
Bedroom 3 has a Twin over a full bunk bed.
The Living Room sectional has a Queen pull-out bed.

While we cannot accommodate early check-ins /check-outs, we allow guests to drop their bags afternoon the day of
check-in.

Our self-check-in is easy and at your convenience, but we are just a message away.

- You`ll be in the heart of Chestnut Hill, which edges popular Wedgewood Houston & is just down the street from Downtown.
- Nashville`s famous Broadway.
- A lot of guests ask about parking. You will have a 2-car garage and two first-come, first-served guest spaces, with plenty of street parking available.

If you`re not driving into town or renting a car, Lyft / Uber are great modes of transportation, and since you are close to everything it`s very affordable and a perfect option.

This property was wonderful. Clean, well appointed, amazing location, great communication and everything you could want. Truly a Music City treasure. So glad we opted for this rather than a hotel.

What you see is not what you get

Pictures are not accurate to what you get. Master has no dresser, TV did not work walls and windows had horrible water damage. Everything from canasters on counters, counter tops to pendants over the kitchen counter were caked with dirt. Couch was broken, a new one is supposedly on order, which didn't help us. One chair's legs were cut down so it was too short to sit in at the table. Flooring was damaged, table was stained. There are no living room chairs as shown and that is not the sofa that is in the unit. We were not given enough towels and pillows so we had to contact property manager to send some over. Master bed was super comfy and the condo was only 1.5 miles to downtown which was great, these are the only pluses. I wouldn't stay here again in this unit but many others in the complex are rentals and would consider one just for the location. It does border a little scetchy neighborhood so be aware. We felt safe but just a fyi.
