The room actually looked like the pictures. The check in staff had a great smiley personality. Hotel smelled and looked nice. We asked for a room by the indoor pool and we got the first room next to it! We are very happy with everything.

The room was 64 degrees when we arrived, then it went to 87 when we adjusted the thermostat. The shower was so high pressure that it hurt to shower.

Absolutely horrible experience. We get there after driving 700mi just to have neighbors banging on the wall next to us, a person shouting at the third room floors from outside, then to top it off I wanted to get my own room which the office person told me they could get for me but that someone had pooped themselves on the elevator and someone stepped on it bringing it all over the second floor l. They gave me $10 off my room for this…. Absolutely horrible money grabbing hotel

Room doesn't look like picture
The picture of the room shows the bed normal height but the bed was very very low almost on the floor. We were elderly and handicapped so to get down that low was difficult and then the mattress sanked down even lower.I expected (which I asked for) a roll in shower which seemed wasn't a problem. The tub was deep and hard to get into.The sofabed was a futon which I should been told about. The hotel was a older one whic needs to be updated to the standards of the newer ones.

Room smelled moldy and of cigarette smoke. They were however large rooms. And there was 2 pools (which we didn’t use but yay for pools). I have a Marriot also booked for this trip when we get to Savannah, yet this Nashville (warehouse area of town- not downtown) cost over $300/night. I would not stay at this location again.

The front desk clerk was one of the friendliest people I’ve ever met! The hotel was way better than we expected! It was quiet, clean, and had plenty of space. The breakfast options were surprising for a continental breakfast. Having to pay to park was a bummer. The beds could use some improvement but everything else was great!

Arrived at check in time to find the lobby full of people waiting for rooms. I was informed that our room wasn’t ready despite arriving at the stated check in time. No explanation was given by staff. I was told just to have a seat. We were in Town for a concert and on a time schedule. My kids ended up getting ready in the lobby with all the other people. Staff seemed very stressed and not friendly. Also after returning to our room after the concert the room was freezing and we could not adjust the temperature. I phoned the front desk. The clerk came up and she was unable to adjust the temperature to turn on the heat. We were given two extra blankets and told to unplug the air unit. Though the room was clean and in acceptable condition the staff could have been more helpful for the extravagant prices they charged due to the concert.

This was a great place to stay away from downtown. We ubered downtown and it worked out great. Opryland is a short drive with fun places around as well. Wish there would have been a bar or dinner place closer by other than fast food. Very clean ver friendly staff.

The woman that checked me in was very friendly and helpful. The only thing that I have to say negative was the shower door was installed the wrong way and had to get in the shower to turn it on.

Staff was great!
Staff was great! Clean, pool didn’t work for 1st couple of days then very cool. Frog didn’t work for first couple days. Breakfast was good! 2 days after we left realized we left a garment bag on closet shelf we called and went back to hotel but could not be found.
