We always stay here when visiting our daughter. A mix of dining and shopping options are a quick drive from the hotel, with some being walkable. Easy access from 65 with ample parking. Rooms are always clean, and the staff is always so welcoming and accommodating!

The first lady I encountered at check in was very nice and helpful but the man who was the desk at checkout was not very nice and actually pretty rude. He did not even acknowledge I was standing there and acted like I was bothering him. I would not have expected such service at such a nice establishment. Very disappointed. Put a damper on a nice time we had in Tennesse.

The hotel is in a great location! Easy off and on the highway. Plenty of shops and restaurants in the area. The facility is well maintained. My bed was comfortable. Breakfast was disappointing!. Not many healthy choices and not enough food for the amount of people staying in the hotel.

Hotel was very clean, quiet, in a safe neighborhood with lots of restaurants and stores nearby, and the beds were so soft and cozy. The kids loved the pool, I love that it was clean and had lots of towels and a shower down there. Breakfast was great as well!
