Sleep 6 guests in this bold and beautiful space, where there are surprises behind every corner and each room is selfie-worthy. Nestled in the heart of 12th South at the Waverly Building, CoWrite is a first-of-its kind immersive experience where all 7 units tell a different story, while giving you in-building and neighborhood access to the best parts of Nashville. Here, the lion sleeps tonight, and so can you.

The Jungalow Bungalow was a perfect place to stay for my family. We have our privacy yet there was plenty of space to gather together. It was walkable to 12th south where there are plenty of restaurants and shops.

We loved our stay. It was in a great location. The communication property manager was top notch. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the bottom room has black out curtains which made for amazing night sleeps. The kitchen was decently stocked. The aesthetics were amazing. There was construction noise that other people commented on. On the wkd it was completely fine, but on Friday morning it started at 7am just fyi for those that are later sleepers. It didn’t deter our trip at all. We loved it and would highly recommend this amazing stay!

Great location with short walk to 12th and all it has to offer. The place is quiet, beds & linens very good… and the decor is fun.
