"For the price we paid, I was expecting a lot more. 1st night, we had to move rooms from our King room to a Queen Room because there was a cockroach in our bathroom. When I called the front desk about the incident, they just laughed. I asked if we could change rooms and they said they only had Queen Rooms available. When asked for sanitizing wipes to sanitize our stuff that had been ear the roach, they would not offer them. The next day we had to buy our own tooth brushes new and go out of our way to clean our stuff. This made for a huge inconvenience. The beach was not well kept. Garbage on the sand. The ocean was the best part. No one helps you even put up a beach umbrella. Had the worst and most expensive drinks at the hotel. No pina coladas and we were send on a goose chase to find out they don't serve them. To top it all off, I even got stung by a bee at the pool! We loved the Bahamas, but as far as our stay, I would not recommend this hotel."
