Rooms could have been cleaner. Sheets and comforters had stains. Pillows were aweful. Bag of trash in our hallway the entire stay! Staff were rude. Came over to kick my daughter off the casino floor. However she’s 20. So he could have politely asked for her ID instead of embarrassing us!

Outdated rooms, mattress and pillows were very poor quality. Pool bar needs to be better maintained. Restaurants did not deliver. Staff seems to expect a tip for anything they do, from serving water at breakfast, to drinks at any of the bars. If you do not tip, you will not get service. Elevators ...

Too expensive for what quality of food you’re getting, the 18% auto tip for every purchase, even something at the conscience store left me with a really bad taste in my mouth and hole in wallet.
