Rooms could have been cleaner. Sheets and comforters had stains. Pillows were aweful. Bag of trash in our hallway the entire stay! Staff were rude. Came over to kick my daughter off the casino floor. However she’s 20. So he could have politely asked for her ID instead of embarrassing us!

The Reef at Atlantis
beautiful resort, so much to do. Staff was so friendly. Food was definitely expensive. Felt like some places were overly expensive for what it was, but overall good. Nobu was absolutely worth it. It was a solid 15/10. highly recommend.

We were there 02/27/26-03/02/2026 not a busy time there were no crowds but food service was soooo slow they seemed bothered when you asked for things ( more coffee, sauce for food, napkins, refill on soda) had two occasions when food orders were not correct at deli had to wait some more.
