Decent for access to tube and trains, shopping is great. No breakfast and a bit noisy for us.
The Wi-Fi was not as good as I'd like. I'm a stickler for good wi-fi.

I booked this last minute when another hotel booking fell through. All I knew was that I liked the area it was in and needed a place to sleep but I was so pleasantly surprised by how nice and cute it was. Highly recommend for solo travelers!

The staff were very nice,the room was very small no room to open wardrobe,or go past the other person.we expected there to be hand wash ,shower gel,shampoo.
There was only half a toilet roll.the furniture was very worn.But for the price and the convenience of being so close to Paddington station good.Its was ok for a night stay but could not stay in the room for longer.

Pretty disappointing triple room. We were put in the lowest level below the street next to the breakfast room. We were awakened every morning before 7 am with the noise from the breakfast room preparations. The Internet was ok. The bathroom was one of the tiniest bathrooms I have ever been in. The beds were small and only average quality. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it.

Pleasant staff on arrival nice and prompt attention, lovely surroundings outside. Comfortable room with great corner bath for much needed relax. Most excellent steak pie for supper. All positive, only negative would be poor wifi connection booster required i would suggest . Nevertheless great stay ...
