"The local church is lovely and worth a visit. Good walks on Offa's Dyke's path. The property would suit a book fanatic as the place is full of expensive first edition copies and cobwebs! Barking dogs at night from a nearby property kept us awake. Otherwise ok. "
"Really nice apartment right in the middle of town. Very comfortable beds and lovely cosy lounge. The kitchen area is also very tidy with all you need to cook for your family. Would definitely stay here again. Only slight downside is the noise from the flats above and below, but this was daytime only noise. We slept very well. Overall very enjoyable stay. "

"Lovely old building with some beautiful original features. The rooms we had were extremely spacious and the beds were very comfortable, I certainly had a great night sleep!
Breakfast was superb, a great varied menu and happy to make changes to suit.
One big bonus was the enclosed garden which was great for the dogs.
Sue and the staff we met were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble.
We’ll definitely be back!"

Nice quiet area, a little bit out of town… but you should expect this, you’ve booked a stay in mid wales! Great breakfast, solid night sleep (although the mattress could maybe do with an upgrade if we’re being picky). Definitely will go back again"

"This property is at the end of a no through road. It is adjacent to open hill farmland but the nearest small town is only about 15minutes drive away. It is immaculately presented and the hosts are very friendly. They welcome single well behaved dogs and have a secure enclosed lawn area {the fencing would not deter an large,agile unsupervised dog) Suited us perfectly."
