"Best breakfast buffet we've had in Europe. The whole facility was extremely clean and the spa was wonderful after a long day of sightseeing. Staff was very friendly and very accommodating to our requests, such as a late check out. It was a wonderful stay."

The only issue was that we tried to order two glasses of wine from the bar next door and they said we could carry them to our room but then they wanted to charge us the room service price. Carrying drinks from the bar to our room was not actually room service so I feel like they were trying to get more money out of us unnecessarily. So we purchased wine at a store elsewhere. Otherwise everything was great."

"My stay at Bristol Palace was nearly perfect! The personnel is extremely courteous, helpful, eager to make sure your stay goes as well as possible. I extended my stay for a 3rd night and was upgraded to a double room, which was more spacious. Rooms are very clean, quiet, water pressure is wonderful. I did not get to try the restaurant Il Giotto, but it seemed like a good bet. "

"Room was spacious, very clean, modern. Priv bath good. Bed comfy. Location in good spot. A/C worked well. You need to set your temp with front desk, not controlled from inside room. Room had refrigerator, did not work. You could use refrigerator at front desk. Breakfast not on site, 2 min walk away. No lift. The actual short walkway street it is on, maybe a little shady at night, but off a main street, so all good. Front desk staff very nice. 15 min easy walk from main train station Principle. Luggage storage."

"DO NO STAY IN ANY CleanBnB locations. They are not responsive to issues. We had electrical issues (noisy electrical breaker and smokey smell) that they ignored. We had to move out. Here are 10 Things I Hate About This Unit. Frig was not plugged in (should have been an early clue), Sketchy wall adapter for fridge, Water heater already tripped when we arrived and no instructions about how to run it. No toilet paper. Twin beds not made up (we had to scrunge for sheets). No Wifi (what is this 2010?) Dirty kitchen. Very few dishes. One trash bin, no liner. No hot water to kitchen sink."
