Super easy to be picked up for the shuttle to the Tongariro Alpine crossing right on from of the lodge. Easy to walk anywhere from the property. "

"The room looked exactly like the pictures. However, there were hair in the shower, spiderwebs throughout the bedroom, mold in the bathroom and the hot water tap was leaking and super difficult to close/open. Staff were very friendly though. "
