" Not Recommended – Noisy and Dishonest Front Desk
I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. From the start, the experience was frustrating. The front desk initially gave me the wrong room, and only after I went back did they apologize and switch me to another one.
After settling in and taking a shower, I realized the TV wasn’t working. To make things worse, the bathroom was flooding with water. When I asked the receptionist about the TV, they casually mentioned it was under...
"Great decor, walking distance to Plaza de Armas and another beautiful plaza along the way. Great eating options, affordable. Only drawback was the bed- very hard, needs more blamkets"

"The hotel was lovely. Staff was extremely polite, attentive, helpful. We had breakfast and dinner in the restaurant. I enjoyed dinner immensely - the food as well as the service. Breakfast left a bit to be desired. It was OK but nothing really memorable. "
