"Very clean accommodation with comfortable, well-maintained rooms and friendly staff."

"Comfort and nice hotel, thanks"

"I like that they allowed late checkout."

"Hotel and staff are lovely but we booked room with two double beds as listed on the website. Sadly such a room doesn’t exist in the hotel and we had to end up booking 2 rooms for a family of 4. That’s the only reason for giving 3 stars"

"客房整潔OK，職員想盡量做到最好，不過奈何培訓方面不到位， Spa 就完全不合水準，唔係好明個Spa講要擺塊膠紙墊底，一個濕嘅浴缸擺張膠紙喺底，可以想像到非常危險跣腳，有點兒不明所以"

"excellent"

"Hôtel bien situé, personnel vraiment serviable, petit déjeuner sympathique. Well-located hitel, genuinely helpful staff, good breakfast, absolutely nothing negative to say!"

"I stayed at this lovely place 7 years ago and this time round it was even more special, I mentioned that we were celebrating our anniversary and they had a lovely vase of roses in the room waiting for us. The room was clean and cosy, breakfast was delicious and the area is very close to the west lake but very quiet and calm, the hotel staff was so lovely too (shout out to Pan Pan). When I visit again I will book this place for definite."

"Modern and very clean rooms, all amenities are well furnished. Restaurants available within walking distance of hotel"
