Our room was a little tight for four adults but it worked just fine.

We spent 3nights at the Imperial and it was a superb hotel. They were able to accommodate an early check in for one of the 2 rooms which was super helpful and they had the other ready efficiently. Theblift wasn't working during our stay but the reception staff helped with bags and also stored our pushchair for us as we were travelling with a baby. The breakfast was tasty and served in a lovely room with friendly staff who were also very efficient. We had an issue on the last day that a payment had been taken from the cards held to the room in error. The staff were very apologetic and while it took a few days to sort out the money was returned to our cards. Overall a great hotel with splendid, if not ostentatious, decor and helpful, friendly staff. Would 100% recommend.

Centrally located, cute place with personality. Rooms are ample and comfortable, good bedding and clean. Aisle the manager went above and beyond offering some extras and also help me to recover my hat as i missed at checkout. You will enjoy staying here.

The check in was easy, and the room was great. This is a reception less hotel, so all communication is done via phone or email. But it was easy and the room was nice. They are very centrally located in old town and easy walk to all the sites. We were able to store our luggage after check-out. I would definitely recommend them and stay there again.
