"This property is in need of several updates. The staff seems inadequate. They seem under trained and incompetent. The hotel needs updating and mostly we found that most of the things in the hotel either weren't working or written adequate and not cleaned well. The staff were unaccommodating and did cost us time and money "

"The Embassy Suites Boston Logan Airport is easy to get to and conveniently located right at the airport, making it a great option for travelers. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Dining options were plentiful—from a small gift shop with essentials to a café offering deli and bakery selections along with Starbucks coffee, plus a bar, full-service restaurant, and quick, reliable in-room dining. As expected from Embassy Suites, the complimentary breakfast was excellent, especially the made-to-order omelet bar. The hotel’s 24-hour shuttle service made getting to and from the airport terminals smooth and hassle-free."

"Great location. Safe, clean and quiet. Stayed here because I went to Salem for Halloween. Room is comfortable. Asked for a king bed but think it was only a queen so bed not as big as expected but still good. Staff was very helpful since we were tourists. Train station to get around was walking distance so it was perfect. Breakfast was ok but perfect when you want something fast and on the go. They also had a small little mini market for snacks and drinks. Convenience 10 but pricey! Bring your own snacks and water/drinks. "

"Perfect room, loved that you can decide when you need cleaning/housekeeping, room had everything we needed and was super comfy and I loved how everything was controlled by phone or the Ipad, would recommend to everyone! This hotel was in a great location too and you couldn't hear any noise from outside which was fab!"

"The hotel was great! Stayed before and after a cruise and each room we stayed in was clean and the hotel staff was really nice. Within walking distance to a lot of things. Would stay here again for sure! "
