Across the bridge you will find multiple restaurants, major grocery and beverage stores. There are snorkeling reef's on the island to enjoy. Sea doo and pontoon boat rentals are also available in the area.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT NOTICE: Please be aware 1 day prior to your check out date, your credit card will post a pending/hold damage deposit of $800.

If no damage is present after departure, the hold will be lifted 5-7 business days after check out.
If damage is present, your credit card hold will be charged accordingly.

Guests will be asked to leave the property immediately for the following reasons (any unused rental monies will not be refunded):

*Exceeding maximum occupancy.
*After first warning for disruptive behavior.
*Bringing any type of pet into the home.
*Smoking in or around the home.
*Violating any of the house rules as defined in the rental agreement.
