This open floor plan is sure to impress, from the sparkling quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, to the large spaces of the living room and dining area. Step through your soundproof sliding glass door and relax out on the spacious balcony with your favorite beverage as your cares are carried away by the sea breeze and the crashing of waves. The master bedroom offers a king size bed, private access to the balcony. The ensuite bathroom is outfitted with a new custom tile shower and separate soaking tub with gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico. The guest bedroom offers 2 queen size beds and has a full size shared bath with new custom tile shower. Plenty of room for the entire family , the family room offers views of the Gulf of Mexico and the pool. Just a short walk from the night life of Navarre Beach, this condo is perfect for all your needs.

This condo comes with beach service two chairs and one umbrella that set up for you daily March 1st - October 31st
