Excellent condo! Passes for two cars were provided and the parking lot is gated with plenty of parking available. The condo is located on the 9th floor, offering an amazing view of the beach. Getting our luggage to the 9th floor was easy as the building has three large elevators; one maintenance elevator designated for people with luggage and coming from the beach and the other two for normal coming and going. The condo was very well maintained, clean and spacious. We had a group of seven people and had absolutely no problems with feeling overcrowded. The appliances are newer and all work with no issue. At the beach there are chairs and umbrellas to rent so you don't have to haul those down. They had ocean kayaks to rent as well. The beach is quiet and much more family friendly compared to Pensacola beach. We went to two restaurants in Navarre Beach that are very close to the unit. We were sat right away at both restaurants, food and service were good at both. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend!
