Step into the spacious open-concept living area, where plush seating invites you to unwind while enjoying your favorite movies or TV shows on the large flat-screen TV and stunning views of the Gulf. The private balcony is the perfect spot for morning coffee or sunset cocktails, with the sound of waves as your backdrop.

The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a Keurig, and ample seating with a dining table for six and four barstools at the counter—perfect for gathering over meals.

Each of the three bedrooms offers a luxurious King bed, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The master suite boasts balcony access, an en-suite bathroom with a garden tub, and a separate walk-in shower. The second bathroom includes a tub/shower combination, while the third bathroom features a walk-in shower. Additional sleeping space is provided by two Queen Sleeper Sofas in the living area. Washer and dryer in unit for your convenience.
