Overall a great location! Our only complaint was the smell. It was very musty and smelled like mildew that we had to go buy candles to drown it out.

Beautiful condo and location

The condo is very nicely decorated with comfortable beds and and a wonderful balcony overlooking the beach. Our group of six was very comfortable. The unit could use some additional glassware, but otherwise had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Cozy Condo with Everything You Need!

We loved our stay at Beach Colony Resorts! The condo was clean, nicely decorated, and the kitchen had everything we needed to host family dinner. We all took advantage of the jet tub and the kids loved the pool (even in November). We extended our stay, and would have stayed longer if the condo was available. The beds were very comfortable! Great view, great proximity to the Pier, fast elevators...all around great!

Excellent overall, very nice unit w/ great balcony. Only issue was when cooking breakfast for six we could have used we could have another large skillet; not much to complain about.

the room was wonderful. spacious, plenty of bathrooms, beautiful views, quiet surroundings, helpful staff & great proximity to restaurants, peir, and beach. they supplied beach toys, 2 chairs, & a few towels. fully stocked utensils & appliances in kitchen. overall 15/10!

Upper unit

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was up to date. There was a small plumbing issue with the sink not draining but management was responsive. It was a beautiful view and had all the amenities we needed.

Great view

Perfect getaway with just the amount of space to enjoy and relax and watch the sunrise and sunsets. Plenty of amenities in all rooms, except some of the outlets don't work, owners put outlet pods all over which was a plus. Down fall was way too many jellyfish this time of because Hurricane Ian I am assuming but didn't cause us no problems, just fun to watch. Will be coming back to Navarre. Enjoy our stay! Perfect place to plant our feet again.

When we arrived the floor was full of sand. They had hair in the tubs and on the sofa. The garbage can was broken. The dishwasher gave us trouble. We really enjoyed our stay but getting there to sandy floors was terrible. It’s a beautiful place and wonderful location!

Beautiful place could use a little TLC.

Vrbo check in and check out times diff than text from property manager. Property needs a little TLC. Broken hook on door and needs more hooks in bathrooms. Sheets old and worn and could use extra pillow cases for pillows in closet. Furniture in living area could use a-good cleaning or replaced. Ceiling fans very dirty. All in all a beautiful location & nice place.

Nice but needs cleaning

The property was okay. The views were nice and some of the decor was pretty. Over all the entire condo needs a deep cleaning. Another very big disappointment was the furniture is very old and gross. It made us all itchy?? The kitchen was very dirty and we had to clean all utensils before using. Overall, just okay but the cleanliness and over all furnishings made the experience less than great.

SPECTACULAR BEACH VACA!!!

This place was AMAZING!!! Everything was just as pictured in the listing. The layout was GREAT, spacious & comfy. We could not have asked for better. The only small things I had an issue with was when we got there the floor still had sand on it from previous tenant, dishes were still in dishwasher and dirty, backsplash in kitchen needed to be wiped down, and the dryer took several cycles to dry the clothes. Basically, the dryer just needed tending to and the cleaning crew needed to be shaped up a bit. The view from the balcony was a bit of a side/partial view Bc the room was kind of a side room. Other than those few small things, our stay was AWESOME and the place was SPECTACULAR!!!

Heavenly Navarre

Anyone who has visited Navarre knows why it is so special, and why they go there: spectacular water, small crowds, and an abundance of natural beauty. So where we all stay is the only question. And since Navarre has several condos with similar features, chances are we enjoy our stay no matter what. This condo has everything one could want in a Navarre condo: a great balcony offering beach and sound views - plus a breeze no matter the wind direction, cold air conditioning, comfy beds, nighttime peace and quiet, a great pool, immediate beach access … . We cooked several meals and the kitchen was perfectly functional, with nice pot and pan options (just remember to bring spices and whatnot). We used the small gym and had a nice mid-week workout. And we spent hours in the water. A perfect long weekend in a well-apportioned and cared for condo.
