  • Nautical Noah - Summerwind 401E - is a three bedroom, three bath, gulf-front condominium located on the 4th floor of the East Tower at Summerwind Resort, and just a few steps away from Florida's longest fishing pier. Gorgeous ornamental tile work greets you at the entryway and flows throughout the kitchen and living area.  Enjoy your morning coffee on the wrap around balcony that offers amazing panoramic views of the gulf coast’s emerald waters, Santa Rosa Island and the sound. The master bedroom has a king size bed, the first guest bedroom has a queen bed and the second guest bedroom has two twin beds. Queen sleeper sofa's in the living room for additional guests. This condominium sleeps up to 8 people. Summerwind 401 East also comes with a covered parking space, which is located under the Inn at Summerwind Tower, space #3.
    **You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. We also have a 1 to 4 ratio (one adult over 25 for everyone under 25) except during Spring Break. At that time, we require 1 adult over 25 for every 2 guests under that age.**
