This home was completely remodeled in Jan 2019 and will exceed all your expectations for quality, comfort, and convenience. Two Master Bedrooms that face the beach.

Master BR #1 = King Size Bed (Casper Wave mattress).
Master BR #2 = King Size Bed (Purple mattress).
BR #3 = Queen Size Bed (iComfort mattress).
BR #4 = Queen Size Bed.
BR #5 = Bunk Beds (Twin Bed on Top & Full Size Bed on Bottom).

In addition, we have a new Queen Size sofa sleeper in the family room.
Entertainment Package includes 5 TVs: 65" TV in Main Area; 55" TV's in each Master Bedroom; 50" TV's in two bedrooms & Xtreme Internet.
Stainless Steel gas grill outside. The house (13) beach chairs for your convenience. Gourmet Fully-Equipped Kitchen: Stainless Steel Appliances; Granite Countertops; new 42" soft-close cabinets; and large round table. The Dining Room has a large farm-style table to accommodate large meals. Laundry room with new extra large top-of-the-line washer and dryer. Driveway can easily accommodate 12 vehicles.

This home is the PERFECT location for BEACH WEDDINGS and other large parties and events! An incremental and non-refundable wedding venue fee/party-event fee shall apply - please CONTACT OWNER for details. Wedding venue fee/party-event fee shall be due 60 days prior to arrival. The area underneath the house is ideal for tables and chairs... the area can comfortably accommodate parties up to a maximum of 100 people.

Cancellation Policy: In the event you elect to cancel your booking, 100% refund will be given 60 days before check-in and 50% refund 30-60 days before check-in. Otherwise, no refund.

We stayed for five days and had our daughter's wedding there. I was already impressed with the communication leading up to the stay, but they went above and beyond once we arrived. The house was so clean and decorated extremely nice and complimentary to the beach. They had a welcome basket with lots of goodies waiting on us, We will be getting a group together and staying there again.

The property is just as amazing as advertised. We stayed here and also had our wedding and reception here. The owners have gone above and beyond to make sure that the entire experience was unforgettable and stress free. All of our guests fell in love with the home and who could blame them. Our family stayed in the Sea Salt Cottage to celebrate our son being cancer free! Everything was perfect and we had everything we needed for a wonderful week at the beach. The house was beautiful, clean and fully stocked with all the essentials. Great kitchen and fantastic view. Easy walk to the beach. I give the sea salt cottage a perfect 10!
