Awesome place to stay! Very clean condo! Very comfortable beds. Also the Wilson’s are very awesome people and kept us updated the whole time on any changes happening around the property, would definitely recommend staying here!

Our stay here was perfection! The ocean view was amazing- plenty of light. Thekitchen had everything needed to make whatever meal or dessert you desire. The dining room was large enough to play games and have a view of the pier. The TV choices had a selection everyone. The extra fridge for beverages and ice maker is a nice touch. The heated pool was fabulous. Our group had zero complaints and would be happy to return to this unit again!!!

Another great stay at Wilson’s beach dream. This place is perfect for a family. Roomy, comfortable, clean, extra fridge for drinks, separate ice maker, gorgeous view and communication with owner is prompt. Will definitely be back.

Beach vacay 2025

We loved this place from the minute we walked in! It was perfect for our group. The host communicated every detail and was very welcoming. Accommodations were top notch. Beach was easily accessible and a short walk down the wooden deck. This was especially nice with two small children. We will definitely try to stay here again. I can’t say enough about how great the week was.

Great Vacation Spot

Annual beach trip

We absolutely love this property! We have already decided that we want to stay there again next year. This is a beautiful three bedroom property situated on the east side of the building on the 14th floor. The views are absolutely stunning. The wrap around balcony provides a wonderful place to watch the pelicans fly by and the dolphins frolic in the Gulf of America. This was the fourth time that we stayed in this particular unit for a very good reason. It is simply the best. The furniture is all very comfortable, and the kitchen is very well appointed.

Family Beach Vacation

The condo was spacious, clean, and beautiful. It also was equipped with everything needed to cook family meals, which was a plus. The views of the ocean were spectacular. The host was available for questions and timely with our needs. Loved our family beach vacation at this location.

Wonderful Stay

We enjoyed our stay at Pearl 1401 for Mother’s Day. The condo has a great layout for families with comfortable furnishings and plenty of room. There are beautiful views from every corner. It was very clean and had everything we needed plus more. We appreciated the obvious care the homeowners took to make our stay wonderful!

Wonderful vacation

Everything was fabulous. The condo was roomy, clean, comfortable, and well stocked. Great view, amazing beach, and the neighbors are friendly and quiet. Lots of nice families at this resort. My kids loved the pool and hot tub and beach service was top notch. It was like home…best stocked vacation place we have ever stayed in.

Really enjoyed deck. Two refridgerators and ice machine nice. Comfortable beds. Two rented beach chairs a plus. Had a little priblem with door entry system, but owner and maintenance handled quickly. Overall great stay

Wonderful luxury condo

The place is perfect. Lovely furnishings and decor. Floor to ceiling windows with Spectacular views of both beach and bay. The property owners take pride in their facilities and keep things well maintained. You won't be disappointed in this place.

Quick Getaway

Loved the location of the condo and how quiet it was. Everything was very clean and provided for a weeks stay. We adored Juan who helped on the beach each day. Definitely the best beach attendant we have ever had!! Navarre Beach is perfect and we would love to come and stay again with more of our family!

Amazing Stay

This condo was fantastic. The balcony and views were amazing. Adrienne was very attentive and communicated well before and during the trip to make sure we were satisfied. The location at The Pearl is perfect. We were within walking distance of the pier and a couple restaurants. The condo's kitchen had everything imagineable for cooking as well. The kids loved the easy walk to the beach and swam in the pool a couple of times. This was our first time visiting Navarre Beach and we definitely want to come back and stay in Wilson's Beach Dream again.

Perfect on Every Level

Absolutely loved every bit of our stay at Wilson’s Beach Dream! We have been coming to this area the same month for a decade and this was by far our favorite experience. Beautiful view! The owners have thought of every accommodation from walking in the door to check out.

Wonderful place to stay. Kitchen well stocked. Views are amazing. Steps away from beach and the gorgeous emerald green water. Adrienne was so easy to communicate with and was always very responsive. This is one of the few places that we have stayed that felt comfortable (not a sterile environment) and that we were "home".

Amazing condo

This condo was perfect. The views were amazing. There were so many personal touches that the host has provided. You don’t receive that when renting from a rental company. Adrienne was a pleasure to work with. My family and I hope to come back and rent this same place next year! We could see all sorts of sea life all from the comfort of the balcony. We had no complaints.

STOP SCROLLING!

Pick this one.We use vacation rentals often. We have Never Ever stayed a one this well equipped Ice maker, extra fridge, comfy beds, salt pepper, bandaids, flour, so many extras. Chair service included was great. The view is AMAZING. We will book again. It was spring break week and no issues with restaurants. Saw lots of Dolphin and Sting Rays playing. So relaxed.

Beautiful views and comfortable and clean space

The location was great and had million dollar views from every window (corner unit)! Loved the balconies (sunrise and sunset views)! Easy access to the beach and pools (one heated) and hot tub and visits to Destin and Pensacola! The check in process was very easy. It was very clean. Communication with the owner was great. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked. The beds were very comfortable. It was quiet. Two washers and dryers. The unit provided 3 beach chairs and sand toys for the kiddos. The rental also included beach service with 2 chairs and an umbrella and that was an added bonus. Our family was very comfortable and hope to stay again in the future.

Best condo ever!

If you are like my family and continuously search for the perfect condo for your family vacation in the Gulf stop on this one and book it! We have stayed in many (and I mean many) area condos over the years and many of them were very good. This one is everything advertised and much more. From the initial contact with the owner, the entire experience was next level! The condo was better equipped than any that we have stayed before, even with many of the day to day items that are normally not there. The owners go out of their way to make this nothing short of amazing. The layout of the condo, furniture, views from balcony…it could simply not be better. I highly recommend this unit and I can safely say that my family has found our “regular” stay location. Many thanks to the owners for providing such a seamless, stress free vacation!
