"Very clean and nice accommodations. Massimo was very helpful with transportation coordination and thoughtful with quick snack breakfast options in the room to accommodate our daily early tour departures, which fell outside breakfast hours.
Location is very convenient and wolkable to city center, attractions and port.

"This is a great hotel- the staff is amazing! Very kind, they care about you being comfortable in the apartment (which was a beautiful space!) and around the city. They were proactive before our stay, helped show us how to get in, offered to help with navigating the city. "Very clean, slightly tattered flooring and moving toilet seat. Breakfast is outside premise i.e petrol station cafe. For Brits, don't expect your usual breakfast but and pastry and drink (coffee, tea). Apartment it seems is common in the area rather than hotel. No face to face reception but online reception is available. Communication can be challenging but very helpful and accommodating staff. Thank you so much for the experience."
"A haven of peace in the lovely courtyard garden, where we ate a delicious and plentiful breakfast. Our room was spacious and comfortable and the staff looked after us really well. Great location very near the Piazza Cavour metro station, and just a few minutes walk into the Centro Historico."

"Our room was in the annex of this hotel which is located on the 5th floor of a charming apartment building. After checking in, we located our room which is reached via some stairs, OR as we discovered on our last day, a lift! Breakfast is good but the breakfast area is very small and does get crowded at times.
Our room was lovely, with a good rainforest shower, cleaned to a high standard every day.

There was a lot of noise from street level which made it difficult to sleep - perhaps better soundproofing would be good. "

"Convinient location near Napoli Centrale (approx 5 min walking). Police near by. Of note did have cellphone almost stolen. I will admit i was 4 min away from hotel andate at night. In general would recommend being vigilant in Naples. Otherwise hotel waa located in a good location. Also I did attempt to add a 3rd person to my reservation last minute. Was told no via message however, fortunately family member living in Italy was able to contact hotel amd facilitate process and get extra bed in bedroom. We mightve not been lucky if it had not been for my family member. Breakfast was great with many options"
