"This was such a great hotel to just kick back and relax at for our last week in the country. The rooms were beautiful with a very nice balcony we could enjoy coffee on. The breakfast was fantastic with lots of variety. The lounge area was nice with lots of day beds and plenty of shade if you need. The boat refuelling station only became a bother when boaters argued. Other than that they were just part of the scenery."

"PERFEKT. So Leute was soll ich schreiben. Als erstes es war ein unglaublich schöner Urlaub im Juli und leider ist es so das wenn ich eine Bewertung schreibe, ja mit diesem Urlaub abschließen muss und das fällt mir sehr schwer. Wir durften ganz oben die größte von fünf Wohnungen bewohnen. Diese war für unsere 6 Köpfige Familie perfekt da es drei Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad gibt und einen großen Wohnraum mit zwei anschließend Bakons mit Blick auf die Bucht die nur 300 Meter zu Fuß entfernt ist und zum baden ein lädt. Dann gab es auch den Pool direkt vor der Haustür mit ausreichend Liegen und Schatten. Für mich war es echt gut das der Gastgeber immer vor Ort, mit einem offen Ohr und guten Gesprächen zur Stelle war. Dadurch war es mir auch möglich mit den Einheimischen Nachbaren und Freunden (Grüße an Nico und... Leider Namen vergessen gehen raus von ) Natürlich ist auch die Landschaft und das Meer super und wir haben Ausflüge unternommen. Sei es zu Wasser oder nach Trogir oder Split. INSINDER "Uber klappt echt super und faire Preise" Ich kann nur sagen es waren für uns die echt am schnellst vergehende 11 Tage im Ort Okrug und auf der Heimfahrt hatte ich das erstmal Fernweh. Das erlebt man nur wenn man empfangen und über die Urlaubszeit begleitet wird. Und das geht nur in einer familiären Umgebung und das hat uns der Gastgeber Ivica vermittelt. Dafür dir Ivica ganz herzlichen Dank von uns allen. LG von uns 6 aus Maukendorf und bis zum nächsten mal."

"The villa and the apartments were nice. The apartments were clean, nice outdoor area and pool, easy access to the sea and beach. Perfect for families with kids traveling on holidays together. Easy accommodation, as the villa is nearby the airport. Food markets, beach bars and restaurants are also in walking distance."

"We've just returned from a fantastic week at Villa Orchard. The property is huge and the rooms are beautifully decorated and lots of natural light. It was spotlessly clean throughout with plenty of towels (both for the poolside and bathrooms) for everyone.Met by Boris who was on hand should we have needed him during our stay & his son cleaned the pool a few times during our stay.The property sits alone within a large orchard and we enjoyed walking round it spotting many varieties of fruits. The pool is amazing. Well maintained, a great size and welcoming to dip into during the hot weather.We loved sitting up on the terrace for a drink prior to the sun setting - great views and beautiful garden furniture to relax on.We also made use of the barbecue a few times too.The facilities within the property are second to none and there is everything you would need in the kitchen. The air con throughout brilliant too.Nice 20 minute downhill walk into Sutivan where a very small selection of restaurants are available and few markets to buy essentials.You definitely couldn't walk back to the property in the dark - a taxi is a must as no street lighting once you're out the village (distance to town from villa is approx 1.5kms). Taxis are a rip off though (20 Euros we got charge both times for that journey, but you're limited as only 1 or 2 around)."

"Villa Gudelj was absolutely perfect: the location, the villa architecture, kind and welcoming hosts and amenities were fantastic. We had three generations very happy with activities: biking, kayaking, a nice walk for a morning coffee at one of the local restaurants and privacy that is hard to find. The beach close by is stunning and the water is beautiful. Then the pool came in handy in the meantime, when we were choosing to stay closer to the house.We were able to use the grill and even cook under the coals, which was amazing! Mr. Gudelj and his family were incredibly kind and helpful and we felt at home. There was nine of us and we enjoyed every minute of our stay.Milna, the nearby town was great to eat out in and get any groceries in a pinch and locals are very nice. A beautiful and peaceful area of Croatia to have a family reunion in! There are a few restaurants nearby as well, with fantastic food and just a short walk away.I would highly recommend the location and our amazing hosts! We would come back in a heartbeat! This was my husband’s and my kids’ first experience on the Croatian coast and we couldn’t picked a better place for it."
