"We are so glad we found this beautiful villa for our multi-generation stay in Croatia. We couldn’t have hoped for a better home base for our exploration of the Dalmatian coast or for a more delightful host! From the time of our booking, Matko was extremely helpful in aiding us with our plans and making arrangements. We appreciated his periodic check-ins to help with the house but also to help us learn more about the sites and culture of Croatia. Checking in was super easy and the villa was immaculate upon arrival. We had everything we needed and there is a small market very close by where we could pick up essentials. There are three refrigerators on the property, helpful after making an American-style grocery run. The showers had the best water pressure and the tap water was cold and great for drinking. The outdoor spaces were the highlight for us, especially the pool and hot tub. However, the star of the outdoors was the gate opening directly to the sea. Yes, the beaches are rocky, but we kept our water shoes and floats handy, and enjoyed the sea daily. The views are magnificent!The location is great, there are wonderful restaurants that you can walk to and Split is easily accessible via ferry from Slatine. We used our own rental cars or drivers arranged by Matko to get to our desired destinations.We would love to return and next time, we’ll take Matko’s advice to stay for two weeks - one week to explore and one week to relax and enjoy this fantastic villa."

"We booked this property for our 30th birthday family celebrations. From the point of booking Ivan was so helpful and went over and above to ensure our stay was special. He was so accommodating and made our visit so special. The property is an incredible location and the views are unbeatable. Property clean and tidy everywhere and well looked after. I could not recommend this stay more and will definately be back!"

"Ira so sweet ! Her place was perfect for me as a solo traveller And the view was amazing .close to everything and I always felt safe Was super clean and comfy , the walk up was a bit steep, but worth it for the view ! The only thing I would have asked for was a coffee machine , but I made do without , otherwise everything you need to get by .Aldo takes a bit for the water in the shower to get hot , but it does eventually ! Thank you so much Ira for having me !"

"We stayed here as a group of 12 and had a fantastic holiday. The location is incredible – right on the sea with crystal clear water. I’d worried about beach access for the children, but they loved climbing in and out from the ladders at the back of the villa. The outdoor space is excellent: a very clean pool big enough for all the kids and adults, and a remote awning that gave much-needed shade (just wind it in if windy!).Inside, the kitchen is compact but well equipped, and there’s plenty of outdoor dining space. Sleeping arrangements worked well: 3 doubles in the main house (plus a sofa sleeping 1 person each), and at pool level a separate area with a double toddler bed and a single (sharing a bathroom). 3 bathrooms in the main house.Highlights included hiring a boat that collected us from the villa, renting kayaks and paddleboards from YoYo Rentals, and evening swims in the moonlit sea. There was one restaurants nearby and a couple of beach bars – we often went to Trogir instead, beautiful in the evening, loads of dining options and is just 10 by Uber (taxis were 30).A small shop is within walking distance, and while we hired a car for bigger supermarket runs, it wasn’t essential. Overall, a stunning villa in a perfect setting – highly recommended!"

"The house was spotless with adequate room for 6 adults. All 3 bedrooms have their own bathroom. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you would need.Decent balconies to sit for breakfast and dry towels etc and a lovely clean pool.Good location with a short walk to beach and bar although the area is quite hilly.The host was very welcoming who went above and beyond to ensure we had a lovely stay.Highly recommend his home cooked barbecue evening which was excellent and very good value. Great place for a family/friends to stay."
