"Cleanliness"

"We booked this hotel 3 hours before getting to Chicago as we had a long layover. The room was clean and spacious. The staff was so kind and helpful. Shoutout to Shayne and Tresor! The only uncovenience was that the shuffle is from 5am to 10pm. Our plane landed at 11pm so we had to Uber there. Wish the shuffle was 24hours. I tried calling in advance to see my option but didn't get a response. "

"Room was great. Very disappointed with the management. I was told the bill would be refunded fora mixup on the date. The front desk girl on Sunday night went into the office to consult the mgr. she came back and stated the Mgr will be reimbursing Hotels.com forth night of the15th. Hotels.com informed me today that Hilton is NOT responsible. I don’t like the way we have been treated."
