"I arrived late and as soon as i walked in I was greeted with a warm welcome. Checkin was quick. I needed a cart and they grabbed one for me. "i stayed as a respite halfway on my trip home from North Carolina as I am driving alone. The room was quiet and the bed was very comfortable and gave me the rest I needed to continue my travel. The desk clerks were very courteous and helpful. It was probably because I was tired from driving, but it was difficult to see where the hotel was. The sign was there but i did not notice it during the daytime."

"Overall we had a great couple of nights away. It was super quiet and just a short drive from the town of Berkeley Springs. We loved the game room, fire pit, hot tub and overall just the quiet of being tucked away in the woods. We did communicate to Michael that the hot tub was a little dirty when we opened it and the shower lacked pressure and he was responsive and said he would take care of them. responsive when we raised a couple of issues and said he"

"My jacuzzi in my room was pretty good and the Valentine’s Day dinner was great. The pool and hot tub at pool was amazing even if the hot tub didn’t seem to be fully functional. Would’ve liked the other amenities to be ready (some things seemed like under maintenance or things were being added) but I can see this resort is a great option for the area. Game room was cool too. Overall excellent. Will probably come again!"
