I had trouble managing the tv and once the sadly overburdened clerk was able she came to the room and resolved the problem within two minutes. An additional person on staff a bit longer would have helped though the clerk was doing very well despite being inundated. She deserves a raise."

"I was a little disappointed that we did not get a room with a walk out porch like I expected. The pictures on the website are misleading and I didn’t realize that not all of the rooms had a walk out. Had I realized, I would have paid extra for a room with a porch or balcony. Next time we’ll know. We still enjoyed the view and had a very nice stay here. Thank you!"

"We enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn in Marquette, MI. Though we always stay with another large brand of hotels, the family and I were impressed by the Holiday Inn. The included breakfast was a nice combination of some fresh foods in addition to the usual packaged/processed foods. The staff was friendly, rooms were very clean and overall it was a very enjoyable stay at a very decent price!"
