Amazing experience from start to end of stay. From the minute details, this hotel has got it figured out. I did not enjoy the town. But I gotta say I’ll be back to this town just to stay at this hotel. The experience was incomparable to five star resorts.

Very weak poor shower on second floor. Not invigorating at all and hard to reason why such poor water flow.

I thought this property was in a great location. Dining on the premises was amazing, food was amazing and service was pretty good. The rooms were nothing special really, I’m a carpenter and the quality of the rooms finishing was definitely lacking. The barn style door to the bathroom didn’t lock and was installed off level so opened on you constantly. Beds were comfy and a nice view of the water.

Booked on Expedia showed up at 1 am after driving all night and couldn’t even stay since not have a credit card . Already paid for the room $544.96… paid through Expedia …. girl at the desk needed a credit card for a deposit I don’t use credit cards but have already paid for the room using my debit visa she then told me to ask the people in front of us that just checked in to use their credit card… obviously don’t feel comfortable asking somebody to use their credit card that I don’t even know ….ended up leaving and staying at Hume hotel no problems …. Have tried to communicate with hotel over this issue as I have been fully charged and have been given the run around with hotel clerk Baljeet. Very disappointing and out almost 600 dollars over it.

The Prestige went above and beyond for us for our anniversary! We even had to make a scheduling change and they were very accomodating. We opened the door to our room and found champagne and local chocolates, as well as 2 bags of treats for our dogs. They were so friendly and accommodating!
