This apartment is the perfect 1 bedroom + office arrangement. White-washed walls meet the azure blue of the sea. Sophisticated, urban chic meets beach and calm. Well appointed with every home luxury.
Decorated with local and exotic artwork, full kitchen with ceramic cook-top, full-size fridge/freezer, microwave and cookware. Full HD Smart TV with NEON on demand TV by Sky and DVD player. Tiled ensuite bathroom and frameless glass fronted balcony with outdoor furniture. This apartment comes with secure car-parking, lift access and of course a fantastic location allowing you to step out onto the waterfront, enjoy the comings and goings of the busy harbour, immediate proximity to many of Nelson’s best eateries as well as an easy walk to the city centre.
The Latitude Apartment is a wonderful couples retreat or the perfect accommodation for the discerning corporate traveller.
Bed configuration: Luxury King size bed. Portacot and High chair can be hired by request for small children.
**Special conditions & notes**:
- No party or venue use. No smoking inside or on balconies. No laundry on balconies. No pets. General Terms & Conditions & the Building's Body Corporate Rules also apply.
- Car parking - dedicated secure garaging is provided for 1 standard vehicle. Max. vehicle height for entry to the garage is 2m.
- Noise in the area - The waterfront road is busy & all properties within this area are subject to some road & port noise. The apartment is elevated & has been well insulated & double glazed for your comfort.
- Security cameras - for Safety & security, cameras operate in common areas of the building.
- Check-in is possible anytime after 2pm or from noon where the option of early check-in has been purchased. Please try to arrive during business hours where possible (our team are available 7 days a week as late as 8pm).
- Late arrivals after 8pm are available by agreement only. An additional charge of NZ$50.00 will apply.
**Payment, Bond/Security Deposit and Cancellation**:
- A 30% deposit secures your stay with the balance due 3 weeks prior to your arrival (full payment will be required if booking within 3 weeks of arrival).
- Three weeks prior to your arrival (or immediately if booking within 3 weeks of arrival), you’ll need to provide a card authority for the bond/security deposit via our secure online check in process.
- Cancel anytime up until 3 weeks prior to arrival for any reason and you’ll pay no more than 30% of the booking total.
- Where compassionate circumstances for cancellation exist, we’ll be happy to look at further flexibility, usually in the form of postponement of your stay, or a credit towards future stay dates.
- A Rental Agreement document is provided as part of the booking process. Please refer to the agreement for full terms and conditions. :-)

Apartment was very clean, the man that showed us around was nice to deal with and very clear and informative.No skiing at this location, it was NelsonIt had outdoor lounge furniture inside, very uncomfortable to sit for a small period.It was so bright with direct sunshine during the day but no drapes to shut off the light at night. It did have a blind but if you have it down you can't really use the balcony.The road and port noise was dreadfulI would not return to stay at this property again, it did have a water view of the port and a restuarant and fish shop across the road.so there was two handy restaurants which were both goodkind regardsSharon Wright
I booked this property for two nights for our stay in Nelson NZ. We weren’t disappointed! Lovely, comfortable apartment overlooking the harbor. Good restaurants within walking distance and cute village a short 5 minute drive. The Property Management company was very easy to deal with and very responsive to questions. One of their reps, Rob, met us on Sunday afternoon to personally let us in and show us around. Very secure building with private, off street parking. Very quite, peaceful, and comfortable. Highly recommend.
If you enjoy watching boats then this is the place for you. A quick walk into town puts you close to retail therapy. I was, however, disappointed with the oversized cane couch. It offered no back support and there wasn't a single separate comfortable chair to watch the view from! Lounge lighting was poor as was the reading bedside lamps . Cleaning was a bit slap dash and overpriced. The spot has potential but if it is going to appeal to older couples then please add better lighting and seating.
An enjoyable urban loft style apartment in a handy location.
Don’t be fooled by the photos- that ocean view is seen at the front/side of the property. Directly out front is a view of a large commercial wharf building!
Fantastic location. Easy walk to Tahunanui Beach, as well as Nelson central. We loved the ever changing view. Only negative is traffic noise with door open. Will stay again!

Great location, excellent facilities, lovely views, secure parking. One problem tainted our holiday - the heat in the apartment. We felt safe (3rd floor) leaving the deck door open and the blinds down during the day but it was still hot on returning and we couldn't cool it down even with the fan on. Left the door open all night but some nights the noise of ships on the wharf meant we had to close the doors for peace. It might be worse this time of year but we feel it needs aircon for comfort!

The location is great, the property is very clean and the views are beautiful.
The location is great, the property is very clean and the views are beautiful. I only deduct one star for lack of proper A/C. There was only one area of doors and windows so without A/C it got hot because there was not good air flow. There was one fan which helped at night, and the bedroom stayed a bit cooler than the rest of the apartment but one day we tried to stay inside after coming home early from the beach and we were sweating more sitting in the living room than being outside.

The apartment was as descibed on book-a-bach except that it was advertised as having a heatpump/airc
The apartment was as descibed on book-a-bach except that it was advertised as having a heatpump/aircon which didn't exist. The fan switches on the wall did not appear to do anything at all and the apartment was very hard to cool down due to the absence of any windows at the bedroom end, making it extremely stuffy at night.
The location was excellent and the apartment was very clean and modern.
