In the house: boutique, lift, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Motor access to the house. Public parking 250 m extra. Supermarket 250 m, bar 50 m, bakery 20 m, bus stop "Haute-Nendaz télécabine" 100 m, railway station "Sion" 16.5 km, outdoor swimming pool 900 m. Tennis 900 m, skisport facilities 50 m, ski rental 10 m, ski-kindergarten 500 m, ice rink 250 m, children's playground 500 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Nendaz 4 vallées Tracouet 50 m. Hiking paths: Bisse Vieux 200 m, Bisse du milieu 200 m. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). Additional accommodations can be booked.
"Christiania 2 L3", 1-room apartment 37 m2 on 3rd floor. Bright, partly renovated in 2014, beautiful furnishings: entrance hall with 1 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm, length 190 cm). Living/dining room with 1 pull-out bed (2 pers. 2 x 90 cm, length 190 cm), cable TV. Kitchen (oven, kettle, electric coffee machine, fondue Set (cheese)). Bath/WC. Balcony, north facing position. View of the mountains and the resort. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only, no parking. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).

Pokój na poziomie 3 który jest w rzeczywistości na wysokości parteru od strony stacji narciarskiej. Bardzo wygodny dla narciarzy. Wystrój schludny i wystarczający co prawda bardziej dla 2 osób. Duża ilość sprzętu kuchennego.

Rez de chaussé par rapport à l’entrée, vue arrière splendide sur le village et les montagnes. Equipement simple, manque peut-être quelques ustensiles de cuisine. Clair et spacieux, tv câblée, bon wifi, literie confortable. A conseiller.

Location, location, location

As the title says, all the Ls, the ultimate convenience for a ski trip. However the property is showing its age and could do with a refit. But that said, the essentials are all there and cleanliness was spot on. Once I got over that initial impression I really enjoyed my time at the apartment.
