Very beautiful, cosy chalet "Chalet Roose". 1.5 km from the centre, on a slope. Private: hot tub, terrace. Steep motor access. In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking (for 3 cars). Shop 1.5 km, supermarket 1.7 km, restaurant 700 m, bus stop "Haute-Nendaz, station/poste" 1.8 km, railway station "Sion" 17.5 km, outdoor swimming pool 1.1 km. Golf course 18.5 km, tennis 1.1 km, gondola lift 2 km, ski bus stop 50 m, ice rink 1.5 km, children's playground 1.2 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Tracouet 2 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). 1 covered parking space and 2 parking spaces in front of the chalet.

Large, open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, raclette grill). Shower/WC. On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Exit to the terrace, north facing position. 1 room with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), bath/shower/WC. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Bath/shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Terrace, north facing position and west facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2). Very beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (3 cars). Please note: non-smokers only.
