Apartment was very clean on arrival and mucb bigger and better than it looked in the photos. The views from the balconies are absolutely amazing.
The apartment was very well equipped witn everything you need. Would highly recommend.

Bel appartement bien situé.
La situation au calme mais proche des commerces. Très belle vue et grand balcon. Parking privatif. Literie confortable. 2 salles de bain. Bonne communication avec l'agence. Très bon rapport qualité prix.
Équipement devrait être amélioré. Par exemple seulement 2 verres à vin, lave-vaisselle pas très efficace, WiFi instable.

C’ était top rien à dire Cela fait plusieurs années que l’on vient et on a été tout le temps satisfait……..
nicht neu aber für max. 3 Personen (oder 3 Pärchen) mit wenig Ansprüchen zum günstigen Preis - ok
Also: Gott sei es gedankt, hatten wir uns die Rezensionen vorher durchgelesen und waren auf das "Schlimmste" gefasst. ABER: es handelt sich hier nur um eine alte, in die Jahre gekommene Wohnung. Funktionalität ist gegeben. Heizung funktioniert einwandfrei und es ist immer schön warm in der Wohnung. Für 8 Personen allerdings nicht geeignet, zumal zwei Klappbetten direkt im Flur hinter der Wohnungseingangstür sind, und diese lässt sich dann nicht mal mehr öffnen. Also für deutsche Sicherheitsstandards sicher nicht zulässig (brauchten wir mit 3 Personen aber auch nicht). Geschirr etc. reichte uns locker, aber auch hier: bei 8 Personen reicht nicht aus. Sitzplätze zum Essen ebenfalls sehr knapp. Alles in Allem: für 3 Personen bzw. 3 Pärchen ganz gut machbar - zumal zu dem Preis. Bad (ist mir recht wichtig): altes Outfit (70er Jahre Kacheln) - muss man mögen, spielt aber ja für die Funktionalität keine Rolle. Dusche mit Vorhang - sieht man ja auf den Bildern der Beschreibung: wenn man sich Magneten mitnimmt und den Vorhang in der Duschwanne festklebt, nervt beim Duschen der Vorhang nicht, der Wasserstrahl ist schön hart und es kommt gefühlt endlos heisses Wasser, also im Bad alles super!!!! Unser Fazit: Preis - Leistung ist sehr gut. Man darf eben keinen Neubau erwarten. Ach ja und die schlecht bewertet Sauberkeit: Auch wir haben die Wohnung sauberer hinterlassen, als vorgefunden, was nicht schwer war. Kommunikation mit der Agence: top - kaputter Staubsauger wurde umgehend getaus

Bijna van alle gemakken voorzien.
Misschien nieuwe bedden. Boxspring.
Magnetron. Vernieuwen van de afzuigkap. Deze is versleten
