  • In the desirable and conveniently central Italian region of Tuscia, 30 km from Vatican in Rome, between Umbria and Tuscany, the Carboncella cottage is one of the three cottages of the Farm House “La Ghiga”.

    The Farm House is part of the Organic Farm Sansoni, 130 hectares of pastures and cereals, where cows and sheep meekly graze. An organic kitchen garden provides products for our famous breakfast and for our guests meals.
    The Farm house La Ghiga is nestled in the rolling landscape, in a territory still untouched by mass tourism. Recommended for those seeking a peaceful corner. Slow tourists are welcome.
    Powered by renewable sources with low CO2 emissions.
    Electric charging station available.
    A salt water swimming pool at the complete and exclusive use of the La Ghiga farmhouse's guests. The swimming pool is shared with the other guests of the farm house (ten people at list). Large garden available for our guests.
    Sleeps up to 4 people in a formal bedroom and a spacious living room with a french size sofa bed. Sofa bed suitable for children. Fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom with a walk-in shower. Air Condition , free WiFi, BBQ available.

    The closest village is Nepi, a lovely and medieval village, immersed in a thousand-year history. The territory is dotted with small medieval villages and natural sites full of history and all to be discovered.
    Unique tours, to discover magnificent small towns, lakes and green paths. Wine tours, lake experiences.

    Careful cleaning and sanitation. Bed linen and towels are provided by a professional laundry. Washed at high temperature and sanitized.
    Hand sanitizer, disinfectant for surfaces available to our guests.

    Organig vegetables as far as meat coming from our farm are available for our guests.
    Special and thematic meals will be organized for our guests.
    Quiet holidays away from the city but also convenient for visiting Rome

Séjour à 40 km de Rome

L'emplacement idéalement situé à une courte distance de Rome permet bien évidemment de visiter la capitale autant de fois qu'on le souhaite (d'autant que la nationale est rapide) mais aussi de se reposer au bord de la piscine dans un cadre très calme.
