"The restaurant was a poor choice for dinner by any standard. Breakfast was good, The elevator service was hopelessly poor. Two elevators that would only carry two people each. We asked for water several times, it never came. Their was a safety issue that directly led to a serious fall in the shower room, It is NOT a 5-star hotel."
