The house is located in a quiet area, just a 10-minute walk from the popular Burriana Beach and equally close to central Nerja with its restaurants, shops, and charming streets. A supermarket is conveniently located only 800 meters away.
The accommodation offers three comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers, and a guest toilet. The spacious living room opens onto two of the terraces — one of which is a large courtyard equipped with a barbecue, dining area, lounge furniture, and sunbeds.
Guests have access to a communal pool located just 50 meters from the house. Street parking is available nearby, subject to availability.
