Villa 'Casa Alba' with Sea View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

'This lovely villa is located just a short walk from Nerja’s Burriana Beach. The area is known as Chiminea – Nerja’s prime residential area. It’s the perfect location for a family holiday being convenient for the beach and town centre, yet in a quiet area. There is a private heated swimming pool measuring 4m x 10m with plenty of sun loungers and garden furniture for al fresco dining.



The views of Burriana Beach from this villa are fantastic. There are several open terraces from which to enjoy the sun and the views. There is a dining area and a built-in BBQ area by the heated pool for summer al fresco dining. Under the arches, next to the heated pool we have recently added a pool kitchen and a Moorish styled chill out area. Here you’ll find another dining area along with comfortable sofas to relax on, this is the perfect spot to chill out in during the summer evenings.



The house has been recently refurbished and is very comfortably furnished throughout with high quality fixtures and fittings. The property is decorated in a very tasteful, modern yet rustic Andalucian style yet it has been equipped with up to date facilities such as high speed internet and air-conditioning. As well as recently installing a heater for the pool, we’ve also fitted a safety cover for added comfort and safety.



Casa Alba is a private villa which occupies the entire ground floor and garden area of this thoroughly charming detached property. The internal accommodation is all on one floor apart from three steps which separate the sleeping accommodation from the living areas. Two of the bedrooms open out onto sunny terraces overlooking the heated pool. Doors from the living area open out onto the large terraces with views of Burriana beach and the blue Mediterranean Sea, this is where you will find the sunny pool area with steps to the pool and other seating areas.
