Villa Ladera Vista by Villa Plus

  • Offering spectacular sea views and an unbeatable location just 500 yards from the sandy Guilche Beach, Villa Ladera Vista is a superb choice for your next villa holiday. This modern 5 bedroom villa is ideal for large families and groups, with a sociable living space and a fantastic roof terrace. You'll be less than 10 minutes' drive from the centre of Nerja, with plenty of bars and restaurants plus a stunning coastline to discover. Pool heating, WiFi and air conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms and lounge are included.

    Villa Ladera Vista is a detached property ideally positioned along the coastal road between the resorts of Torrox Costa and Nerja. You'll find Guilche Beach within easy walking distance, plus a whole host of beaches and some great seafood tavernas further along the picturesque coastline, all easily reachable by car. The centre of Nerja is less than 10 minutes' drive away, with a wonderful choice of restaurants, bars and shops to discover. Our villa Ladera Sol is next door.

    Main pool: 6 x 3.5 mtr, 1.1 - 1.3 mtr depth.

    Pool heating is not available during July and August.

    Lead traveller must be 21 years old or older.
