  • This newly restored historic apartment is beautifully finished in an elegant style. The air is fresh and salty, and the scent of new wood mingles with that of the sea breeze wafting in from outside, where the ocean is just a few steps away. Natural light streaming through the large panoramic windows illuminates every corner of this home, which has retained its historic charm while incorporating a touch of modernity. As soon as you step inside, the warm and welcoming atmosphere will envelop you and give you a taste of the special vacation you’re about to enjoy! You can walk to the beach, the train station, and the wonderful Borghetto Antico with its traditional shops and restaurants. The Sangallo Fortress is very close by and well worth a visit.

We stayed for 2 weeks while visiting family in Nettuno. The property was perfect! A separate bedroom with a small living area, a stove top, small fridge, a washing machine, and amazing air conditioning! We were a short walk to a morning cappuccino and pastry (highly recommend Bruno's!), grocery shopping, and less than 10 minutes to the beach and downtown nightlife with restaurants, bars, and tours of historical sites. Barbara, the host, met us at the property to give us the keys. She was very communicative throughout our stay. I highly recommend this property if you are looking to stay on the beach close to Rome. It is less than an hour train ride into Rome, if you want to do a day trip into the city. Or, if you have a car, less than an hour drive to one of the many small mountain villages close by. The price was comparable to a hotel, but we had a whole apartment to ourselves.

We were very satisfied. The friendly hosts greeted and farewelled us warmly. The apartment was modernly furnished and clean. It's centrally located, so the beach, city center, and train station can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. We can imagine staying there again.
