"The property is good once you find it, communication was difficult, make sure you have a translator app if you don’t speak Italian! The property is in the old part of town which is great but if you have a car parking is very difficult. Unfortunately the nights we stayed were Friday and Saturday and there is a very noisy nightclub nearby which operated until 2am, sleep was very difficult. There was no internet which made things difficult.Even though the property is lovely we would not stay there again.The owners were very nice."

"Fabulous apartment for our family of 5. We stayed for 1 night and wish we had more time. The apartment is very modern, clean, and has a lot of room. On street parking was easy to find. We were able to park in the narrow driveway for loading and unloading of luggage and then park on the street. There are restaurants very close too. Absolutely great location. Thank you!"

"Room had a very nice, large balcony with 4 chairs with a view of the beach and sea which is across the street from the hotel. The room is not fancy but good. The air conditioner worked very well. There is no parking lot or garage (the ad on expedia is misleading on that) and you have to park on the street (which can be full) at a meter. But overall it was a good place to stay."

"The sweetest staff!! We quickly booked this hotel after flight issues that had us stuck in Rome for 2 days, and not able to afford last-minute Rome stays during high season, we headed to the coast. It was honestly the best accidental stay I could have ever asked for. Like everywhere in Anzio, the hotel itself is very dated, but it's CLEAN and comfortable. Very close to the train station and a fantastic seafood restaurant, plus a great view of the water and overall so peaceful. You can hear neighbors fairly easily with chairs scraping the floor above and doors closing in the hallway, but I imagine that's the norm with the old buildings and we weren't too bothered. Breakfast was lovely with a staff member taking orders for coffee and tea and offering a very wide spread of sweet and savory items. I was impressed!"

"Great house with nice surrounding property with great sized pool. We cooked every night there with a good kitchen. Many essentials and other goodies provided on arrival. Most of all, the hosts were simply amazing! Thank you Barbara and Massimo for your hospitality, and especially for all of your help around our car issue, it will never be forgotten. Thank you Matt, Meg, Jacob and Thomas"
