"Zero communication with Host. We asked for parking and it was no recommendations for proper parking. We and up pay for parking 45$ per night, however outside parking price was 7$ per night. So sad ...Host does not care to recommend or suggest proper parking. :( No customer service."

"We found the Berlin IHG Holiday Inn to be in a convenient location for travel by bus or tram. We walked around Berlin with no problem. The hotel is located in an area that has a number of bakeries and eateries. The breakfast buffet has an assortment of foods and it is delicious. We enjoyed our stay."

"Good location, We were on motorbikes so secure parking was a must and was good. Breakfast was really good with lots to choose from. Downside was no air conditioning it was extremely warm in the room. Other than that staff were really friendly and helpful."
