Positive feedback always helps .
Good quality hotel with modern fit out. Very comfortable and good breakfast. Unfortunately the check in procedure did not go according to plan. The reception was not attended and the entry code could not be accessed via the Internet as I was travelling. It would assist if a copy of the entry code could be sent via SMS to the customers mobile phone. Following direct discussion with the manager all issues were successfully resolved. Pity about the hotels locality. Thank you. Rolf

no body from hotel staff was available when I arrived on the hotel and i couldn't enter the hotel, since pass card is required. i tried to contact the hotel trough given contact number but nobody responded. it was terrible situation. i decided to find other hotel nearby.

Die Heizung ging nicht aus, bei Ankunft war bereits das Fenster offen. Das Hotel hat keinerlei Charme, ist in einer Etage eines Bürogebäudes ohne Rezeption. Das Zimmer war groß und funktionell, DEI Matratze unangenehm hart. Für den Preis habe ich gemütlicheres erwartet.

Die Rezeption ist nicht besetzt, es gibt einen Check-In Automaten vor dem Eingang. Check-In hat problemlos funktioniert, aber etwas langwierig durch eintippen von Informationen, die eigentlich durch die Reservierung vorhanden sein sollten (Name, Adresse) Die Armaturen in der Dusche waren ziemlich wackelig. Ausstattung ansonsten angemessen.
